What do I receive to confirm my order has been placed?
You will receive a Forward Contract Note in writing confirming your order details together with your individual reference number. If you have supplied us with an email address you will receive a confirmation by email as well.
I haven't received my confirmation, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive a confirmation, this may be an indication that your order has not been placed/processed and we strongly advise that you call our customer service department on 0870 803 4576.
Is there a delivery charge for my order?
No, all orders are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
How is my order delivered?
Your order is delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which is fully insured and delivered to your door.
Where can my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the address you specify when placing the order. Changes can be made after you placed the order, however we will require notification in writing.
When will my order be delivered?
It will be delivered on the date chosen by you when you placed the order, and this is specified in your Forward Contract Note.
What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
Your order needs to be signed for, and therefore if you are not at home Royal Mail will leave a card notifying you of their attempt to deliver and requesting you to collect it from the named sorting office on the card. You must take identification with you when you collect it.
What currencies are available in Travellers Cheques?
We can provide Travellers cheques in US Dollars, Euros, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs, Japanese Yen and Sterling.
Can I get New Zealand Dollar Travellers Cheques?
Although we cannot supply New Zealand Dollar Travellers Cheques (not available), it is generally recommended to take Australian Dollar Travellers Cheques and to change them at Thomas Cook agencies throughout New Zealand, who we are reliably informed do not charge any commission.
What type of Travellers Cheques will I receive?
You will receive American Express Travellers Cheques, however we do reserve the right to supply travellers cheques issued by another issuer if we so choose.
Where can I cash my Travellers Cheques?
American Express Travellers Cheques are recognised worldwide and can be exchanged for cash at banks and bureau de change. If you are travelling in the United States you can normally use your US Dollar travellers cheques in shops and restaurants as you would cash.
Are Travellers Cheques refundable if stolen or lost?
Yes, providing that the terms and conditions have been followed.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once the order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel it without agreement from us. This agreement is at our sole discretion. Do you buy back currency and travellers cheques?
